Robyn uses the modality of Internal Family System to help clients get in touch with the many parts of themselves to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their unhealed trauma wounds. Robyn has significant experience working with people of color and queer folx who have struggled to find spaces of safety in the world. Robyn also particularly enjoys working with creative and artistic individuals who need support unlocking their creative potential by addressing barriers and overcoming the anxieties inherent in the creative process. In collaborating with her clients, Robyn hopes for clients to develop a deeper sense of compassion for all the parts of themselves, even those that seem grotesque and unloveable. In her free time, Robyn enjoys singing karaoke and consuming narratives in all its forms (novels, television, movies). Robyn is also in the process of building a science fiction world for her own novel.
